You know those weekend male retreats and those speaking sticks, where the person who holds it has the floor and can speak freely?

This is now our morning meeting speaking stick.

As we go around the table talking about our projects for the day, we now pass this cassette around. When you hold the cassette, you hold the power to speak about your projects.

Preferably with the proper amount of “Oooh” and “Girl” references sprinkled throughout.
